This LumaOptics LD2022ELSFV 2.67Gb/s 1550nm DFB coaxial pigtail laser module is a low-cost laser module with a miniaturized size. Uncooled 1550nm DFB Laser and Back-facet monitor InGaAs PIN photodiode are mounted into a industry-standard TO-56 (4-PIN) coaxial pigtail package integrated with a customized optical connector. LD2022ELSFV is designed for transmitting optical signals as defined in ITU-T G.957 L-16.2. Its target transmitting distance is 80km. LD2022ELSFV is compliant with RoHS.
