This LumaOptics PD3201CLSV is a 10G receiver optical sub-assembly with a miniaturized size. Low capacitance APD Photodiode and a low noise trans-impedance amplifier (TIA) are mounted into a coaxial package. The mechanical interface is compatible with Multi-source Agreement (MSA) of 10Gb/s Miniature Device (XMD) with electrical input and output functions handled by flex-connect. PD3201CLSVis suitable for long-haul applications up to 80km. The receiver typically shows a high sensitivity of -27.5dBm. PD3201CLSV is compliant with RoHS.
